Refund Policy
All Crunchy Cria sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for preference changes, ordering mistakes, color variation, or project changes.
Please review product descriptions, measurements, fibre content, yardage, care instructions, and photographs carefully before purchasing. Handmade, hand-dyed, natural, vintage, and small-batch goods may vary in color, texture, markings, and appearance. These natural variations are part of their character and are not considered defects.
Yarn and fibre cannot be returned once purchased, including yarn that has been wound, caked, cut, or altered. Custom orders, made-to-order items, digital products, patterns, gift cards, vintage goods, and sale merchandise are also final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@crunchycria.com within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund when required.
This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe, photograph, and price our products accurately. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear.
Many Crunchy Cria products are handmade, hand-dyed, natural, vintage, small-batch, or one of a kind. Variations in color, texture, dimensions, markings, dye placement, and signs of age are part of their character and are not considered defects.
Measurements, weights, yardage, gauge information, and color descriptions may be approximate unless otherwise stated.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated at checkout.
We will not knowingly charge more than the displayed price. We reserve the right to correct accidental pricing or product-information errors before an order is fulfilled. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding or cancel and refund the affected item.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and may be subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Orders and Availability
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be declined or canceled because of unavailable inventory, a pricing or product-information error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a shipping restriction.
Because some merchandise is sold both online and in our physical shop, an item may occasionally become unavailable before inventory is updated. If this happens, we will notify you and refund the unavailable item.
Final Sale Policy

Shipping
Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund, as applicable.
